Since Graduating in 2004 from Newcastle College of Art and Design I was lucky enough to get a place at Poynter: A School for Visual Journalists in St Pete FL for 6 weeks. This changed whole attitude towards design and photography and taught me about design ethics.
After a short lived but furiously frantic life in London town I relocated exactly 135 miles north of my homeland to Edinburgh. Over the next few years I've picked up valuable experience in doing things VERY quickly at The Scotsman and Scotland on Sunday.
Between working at the fore-mentioned and pursuing creative design in my spare time I found the girl for me, and made a lot of people in my family quite happy simultaneously.
Currently I work in the media heart land that is Leith for a very special company.
In my spare moments I can be found rolling around on my blue bike, trying to perfect espreso, or teaching the cat new tricks.
